Under the direction of Mayflower’s Director of Traveler Services, Colette, the Call Center team boasts the extenstive destination knowledge and expertise in outstanding customer service. Because our travelers are an extended part of the Mayflower Tours family, we know the importance of the personal service that our Call Center Agents provide time after time.

Kim, a Lead Call Center Agent, is a member of the Mayflower Tours Call Center team for over 8 years. Many of our travelers have met Kim at local events or on a Mayflower Tour.
