- Enjoy Amtrak to Arizona
Board Amtrak’s Southwest Chief this afternoon for the overnight journey to Flagstaff, Arizona. The wide expanses of windows fill the car with sunlight and allow you to enjoy the passing scenery. Arrive in Flagstaff on the evening of day two and check into your hotel.

- The Grand Canyon’s South Rim
We board our motorcoach this morning for a trip to the Grand Canyon’s south rim. Seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time, one realizes that it is more than just a chasm carved over millennia. It is more than just an awe-inspiring view. Its beauty and size humble us. In its vast spaces we may find solace from our hectic lives. A true world treasure, the Grand Canyon we visit today is a gift from the past. Later we travel to Phoenix, in the Valley of the Sun, the home of the Cactus League and Major League Baseball’s spring training. (Breakfast and dinner)

- Chicago Cubs and White Sox Spring Training
Arizona is home to the Major League Desert League and the air is filled with excitement in anticipation of another baseball season. See three Spring Training baseball games featuring your favorite team, the Chicago Cubs or the Chicago White Sox. Simply tell us which team you favor when you make your reservation and you will get tickets to see that team play. Your will receive reserved seats to all games and the actual seating locations and opponents will be confirmed once the spring training schedule is announced in January. There is also free time scheduled so you can do as you please here in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. Take the coach transfer to Historic Old Town Scottsdale for a self-guided walking tour of this wonderful desert city. Take an optional jeep tour of the desert or some may wish to attend another spring training game on own. (4 Breakfasts and 2 dinners)

We board our motorcoach today and travel to the beautiful town of Sedona. Set among the beautiful red rocks, Sedona is a magical place. Browse the many eclectic shops and galleries, stroll the quaint streets or simply feed the soul and fill the senses with Sedona’s breathtaking beauty. Later, a drive through spectacular Oak Creek Canyon reveals a region of unmatched and unsurpassed beauty en route to Flagstaff. (Breakfast and dinner)
