Days One and Two – Our Journey Begins
Get ready as we begin our journey to Arizona, home of the Cactus League and baseball’s spring training. Enjoy a welcome dinner in Missouri and visit the Will Rogers Memorial Museum in Oklahoma. See highlights of the life of a man who was a rodeo performer, vaudeville sensation, author and star of some 70 films. (Dinner and breakfast)

Day Three – Albuquerque, New Mexico
At the center of New Mexico’s Land of Enchantment is Albuquerque with its enchanting Old Town, a traditional Spanish plaza surrounded by a church, homes and shops. (Breakfast and dinner)

Day Four – Winslow, Arizona
and The Grand Canyon

Images of “Standin on the Corner” and a “flat-bed Ford” come to mind in the quaint town of Winslow. Seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time, one realizes that it is more than just a chasm carved over millennia. It is more than just an awe-inspiring view. Its beauty and size humble us. In its vast spaces we may find solace from our hectic lives. A true world treasure, the Grand Canyon we visit today is a gift from past generations. (Breakfast)

Day Five – The Red Rocks of Sedona
A drive through spectacular Oak Creek Canyon reveals a region of unmatched and unsurpassed beauty en route to Sedona. Browse the many eclectic shops and galleries, stroll the quaint streets or simply feed the soul and fill the senses with Sedona’s breathtaking beauty. Later, we arrive in Mesa, our home for the next four nights.

Day Six – Chicago Cubs Spring Training
Arizona is home to the Major League Desert League and the air is a filled with excitement in anticipation of another baseball season. See a Spring Training baseball game featuring the crowd favorite Chicago Cubs and another major league team. (schedule to be announced) from the comfort of your reserved seats. (Breakfast)

Day Seven – Another Spring Training Baseball Game
Attend another Major League game today featuring the Chicago Cubs and a formidable opponent (schedule to be announced) from the comfort of your reserved seats. (Breakfast and dinner)

Day Eight – Free Day in Arizona
Today enjoy a free day to do as you please here in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. Take the coach transfer to Historic Old Town Scottsdale for a self-guided walking tour of this wonderful desert city. Take an optional jeep tour of the desert or visit a Native American community. Some may wish to attend another spring training game on own. (Breakfast)

Day Nine – Las Cruces, New Mexico
We begin our eastward journey today. Some of the most diverse landscape of New Mexico lay before us. The Rio Grande cuts a wide green path of tall trees and fertile fields through the Mesilla Valley and leads us to the picturesque town of Las Cruces. Set against the majestic spires of the Organ Mountains, Las Cruces is a crossroads of Hispanic, Indian and American cultures. Later today, we arrive in Alamogordo, New Mexico. (Breakfast and dinner)

Day Ten – White Sands National Monument
A stop at White Sands National Monument today shows us the world’s largest gypsum dune field, a true natural wonder. We’ll travel along “Dunes Drive” amid the great wave-like dunes which have engulfed this 275 square miles area of desert. This is truly, like no place on Earth. Later, we continue on to the Lone Star state of Texas. (Breakfast)

Days Eleven and Twelve –Oklahoma City and Home
On a panoramic drive through Oklahoma City we’ll pass the Stockyards, the Capitol Building and make a brief stop at the stirring Oklahoma City Memorial. Share memories with new-found friends at a farewell dinner before continuing home. (2 Breakfasts and dinner)
