Days
One through Three – Take Amtrak to Seattle
Board Amtrak’s Empire Builder train for the journey
to Seattle, Washington.
Day Four - Seattle Sightseeing Tour
Enjoy the sights of Seattle including the Space Needle with
dramatic views of Mount Rainier, Pike Place Market and Pioneer
Square. Drive to Vancouver, Canada, and enjoy a welcome dinner
with your companions.

Day Five – Vancouver, British Columbia
Get a glimpse of what the world will see when Vancouver hosts
the Winter Olympics. Take in a city tour featuring Stanley Park,
Chinatown, Gastown and Queen Elizabeth Park. The afternoon is
yours to explore lovely Vancouver on your own. (Breakfast)
Day Six - All Aboard the Whistler Mountaineer Train
Today we board the Whistler Mountaineer Train for an excursion
along the dramatic landscape of British Columbia’s “Sea
to Sky” region. Dinner tonight is at a local Vancouver
restaurant. (Breakfast and dinner)
Day Seven – Victoria and Butchart Gardens
This morning we take a B.C. ferry to Vancouver Island and visit
the world-famous Butchart Gardens which features 55 acres of
wonderful floral displays, an exquisite sunken garden and lovely
rose garden. Your Tour Manager will show you Victoria, an historic
capital city with a distinctly British feel. You will have time
to explore the world class Provincial Museum, shop or visit
the harbor boardwalk (Breakfast)
Day Eight – Ferry to Washington State
Today, we take the Coho Ferry across the strait of Juan de Fuca
to Washington State. You will be in awe of the snowcapped peaks
and towering Mount Olympus as you travel along the coast. Join
us for a farewell dinner in Seattle. (Dinner)
Days Nine through Eleven – Travel Home
Board Amtrak’s Empire Builder train for the journey home.

Passport
& Visa
Each U.S. citizen must have a valid passport. Expiry date
of passports should be at least 6 months after the return
date of tour. If you don't have a passport, call our office
and we'll tell you how to apply for one. Some countries
require visas for entry by U.S. citizens. We will send
visa applications and instructions if a visa is required
for your tour. Holders of non-U.S. passports should contact
their nearest consulate and inquire about the necessary
passport or visa documentation required for entry into
the countries visited. NOTE: Due to airline security measures,
your passport name must match your airline ticket name
and your tour reservation name or you may be denied aircraft
boarding. |
